Discover the light and shadow of empathy

April 30, 2019

There’s a fine line between empathy, sympathy and compassion. Too much of one and too little of another may leave you feeling drained, misunderstood, or indifferent towards the challenges that face us today.

In this one-day workshop, Alton van Biljon and Natalia Baker help you to uncover the tools and skills to integrate the power of true empathy within your life.

Each drop of empathy waters the flower of peace.
Empathy is like a universal solvent.
Any problem immersed in empathy becomes soluble.
Empathy is free.
